Lesley Ann Brandt and Maria Bartiromo

Lesley Ann Brandt, born 2nd December 1981, is a model and an actor who has appeared in many TV series as well as movies. Brandt began her career as a model in New Zealand with the sitcom Diplomatic immunity. Her American debut came with her character Naevia on the historical drama Spartacus: Blood and Sand. The actress appeared in numerous television series in the past decade, including Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies and The Librarians. Brandt was first introduced to the role of Mazikeen (the role that was played by Tom Ellis Lauren German, as well as Kevin Alejandro) in the urban-fantasy series Lucifer from 2016. Brandt was born and lived in Cape Town South Africa and then moved from Cape Town to Auckland New Zealand with her family in her late teens Her career began as a model when she appeared in print advertisements and commercials. Before she rose to fame as a model she worked in the field of retail sales as well as being an information technology recruitment consultant. In the New Zealand sitcom Diplomatic Immunity in which she played Leilani F'auigaese, in 2009 her first big role landed. In 2021, she appeared on Spartacus Blood and Sand as an unnamed young slave girl named Naevia. The character of Naevia was reprised on the Spartacus sequel, Spartacus Gods of the Arena. She co-starred with Craig Parker. Craig Parker in three different TV shows: Diplomatic Immunity (2009) Spartacus (2010) and Legend of the Seeker (2008). In the year 2016 Mazikeen was cast as a bounty-hunting demon in the Netflix smash hit Lucifer. This happens to be her biggest role to date. The show features her co-starring with Tom Ellis Lauren german Kevin Alejandro D. B. Woodside.
